The World History Timeline - Volume I, "From the Rise of Humanity to the Fall of Rome", plots over 200,000 years of world history in a clear, easy to understand way for the reader to enhance their overall understanding of world history.

Significant events in the unfolding of human history are captured here, from the ancient kings of the Indian subcontinent to the construction of the first cities in South America to the domination of the Hittites in the middle east and culminating in a final explosive collapse of the Roman Peace and the onset of the Dark Ages.

Richly illustrated, the World History Timeline is brief in places and goes into detail with other, more significant, events.

World History Timeline Volume I From the Rise of Humanity to the Fall of Rome eBook Susan Whitemore John Rudd

As you would expect, this is a year by year summary of world history up to the end of the Roman Empire. Considering this is a timeline and 3,488 locations long, it's hardly a ton of information on each year, but I found a number of historical items I'd not heard of and which I plan to look into. Certainly seems like a solid summary.

Picked it up while free, but worth paying for. Approximately 20-25 pictures by my estimate.

World History Timeline Volume I From the Rise of Humanity to the Fall of Rome eBook Susan Whitemore John Rudd Reviews

I was sorry I downloaded this book even though it was free. It was a waste of time and a total disappointment. It is NOT a book, in my option; rather, written in an elementary outline style making it disjointed and awkward.
various eras. various nations of europe rise and fall. from neatherdal to the fall of rome. history of asia and of the west. page turner book with chronologies inside
less than one. no good.
This book is a brief journey through the history, I found it interesting and useful.
Of course, if it is required to have a greater understanding of the issues, it will be necessary to seek more complete books
